The landing page is the page that should display after the user clicks on the ad. This page needs to have, for the most part, the information promised in the ad. For example, if the ad says “Free shipping”, the landing page should have “free shipping” as well somewhere in the page. It is important to make the landing page consistent with the ad.

When creating and selecting a landing page, it is also important to display the necessary information about the product or service that is relevant to the customer. Openly sharing relevant information with the customer in the landing page creates a relationship of trust with the customer. Nobody likes scams or the omission of the advantages or disadvantages of the product or service provided. Clarity is very important. Additionally, using images and other elements pointing to the main information in the page can help viewers to pay more attention to what matters. Organization and focus is the key to an effective landing page.  These are just some  of the tips for optimization of the landing page. Other things such as using relevant keywords and adding a call to action are essential basic actions to take in order to improve the quality of the landing page.
